And the Soviets have another enemy with whom to contend. Dr. Morris Craig has developed an energy weapon with the potential for unlimited destruction - whoever controls it could tip the balance of global power. The quest for Craig's invention once again brings Fu-Manchu to New York City, his mission to prevent the Communists from acquiring the device.
