Michael Collett is American and has a Bachelor's of Science in psychology and business communications from the University of New York. He has taught business English in some of the world's largest corporations and has been teaching in Germany since 1999.

When he's not writing or teaching, he's either down at the Irish Pub enjoying a pint of Guinness, or traveling around the world with his lovely wife, Christiane.
